Meeting with students of the American University of Armenia

December 8, 2016. The owners of national food chain KARAS Tigran Yuzbashyan and Ashot Harutyunyan held a meeting with the students of the American University of Armenia (AUA) and presented the concept of Karas’ brand, told about the history of Karas’ foundation, as well as the difficulties on their way and the overcoming of the last. As a result of the meeting, we can surely say that the topic of the discussion was “How to become a winner in the market and stay a leader for more than 11 years.” During an interactive discussion that lasted more than two hours, the students got an opportunity to learn about the interesting way of Karas, the structure of their corporate governing and cooperation with “European Bank of Reconstruction and Development.” In the beginning of the meeting, it was announced that the authors of the hardest and the most interesting questions will be presented with Karas gift cards and every student put their effort to become a winner. The questions regarded Karas having the biggest delivery system in the market, healthy competition, leadership skills, as well as, how difficult or easy it is to work together being childhood friend. To this question, T. Yuzbashyan asnswered that that there's only one thing they cannot share with A. Harutyunyan and that is a lighter. The work of Karas' leadership is a bright example of how working hard can help one achieve heights and hold their position of a leader, thus becoming a great motivation for the youth.
